
| Our clients know that the completion fee is a negligible part of the "total cost of quality" - taking the chance of being wrong and having to fix things, or being right the first time and taking credit for it. The completion fee reflects the importance of repeat clients for us and our focus on solving problems - not extending a consulting contract or "discovering another problem to solve." The fee is strictly based on our direct expenses and time. The value of an answer to a client - for example a $6,000 office renovation, a $53,000 equipment purchase, or a multi-million dollar personal investment decision - is irrelevant to how our fees are set. We're all about straight accurate answers for each unique question or problem. And our clients return because of that. |
